Things have been quiet around the blog lately… I missed photographing the quilt I did over the summer, then I took a bit of a break, then a secret quilt (which I can share tomorrow, so come back!), then the massive Ice Bubbles Quilt (pictures coming soon as I finish the binding)… and then Donna’s quilt. So here it is.
Donna lives in Camrose, so it was fun to quilt for someone local! I actually got to give her back her quilt in person, and see how she liked it, which doesn’t happen often.
I didn’t get many good photo’s of it, but I think it turned out pretty well. It was featured as a special video Free Motion Friday last week over on Patreon — I video’d my process of how I decided what to quilt on this quilt. It was a lot of fun.
Anyways, lots of good stuff coming this week, I’ll try to make up for my absence lately 😀
